The complaints revolve round present organizer, Shane Barbour, and his claims that 1000’s would attend, when in actuality the occasion was mentioned to be extra like a ghost city.
The three-day occasion passed off on the Clark County Fairgrounds in Vancouver and was billed because the “largest present within the Northwest.” Promoters advised distributors the present would draw tens of 1000’s. Others had been advised some 55,000 tickets had been pre-sold.
